C4LVN
IS A PRODUCER, COMPOSER AND MULTI-INSTRUMENTALIST
FROM AMSTERDAM.
Amsterdam based singer-songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist C4LVN (Adrian 'Calvin' Kirchdorfer) born in Munich, Germany came to the multicultural metropolis to follow his dream and study Electronic Music Production.
His musical style could be best described as a mix between Alternative R&B, Indie Pop and Hip-Hop.
His interest in music arose early. C4LVN started off playing the clarinet, before studying classic guitar. From there on he added the electric guitar, bass, saxophone and keyboard to his repertoire whilst starting to write songs, sing and to record his music.
During his childhood he was already heavily influenced and inspired by Eminem, Black Eyed Peas and Linkin Park. Later, during his teenage years he was further significantly affected by Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, The XX, Coldplay as well as Blackbear. Whereas during his young twenties more influence was added to the mix from the world of Alternative R&B through Masego, Col3trane and FKJ.
C4LVN`S NEWEST PRODUCTIONS
To create a portfolio of 9 songs C4LVN worked with 3 artists from different genres to produce 3 songs each. The starting point for each collaboration was different, but the desired out was the same - to create high quality tracks that would be appreciated by their fans and professional audiences alike.
Björk Lommers
Björk is a Singer-Songwriter and Performing Artist from Amsterdam. She enjoys making danceable music that connects people to nature. Her preferred genres are Pop, Funk and Soul. Currently Björk enjoys narrating voice commercials and creating tracks with C4LVN.
Björk Lommers provided demos for all of her three songs. For "Be Together" and "You Don't Know" it was agreed to translate and evolve the basic elements from the demos. For "Only We Could Speak", however, C4LVN started his work from the acapella. Important for Björk was that people can feel the lyrics, the upbeat and a poppy vibe.

Jorden Dekkers
Jorden Dekkers is a 22 year old musician and songwriter from Herderwijk, Netherlands. In his music Jorden aims to make the listener think - musically as well as lyrically. He loves to endlessly explore his instruments to find something he hasn't heard before or to fit a message into a song that the audience can interpret in their own way.
Jorden provided acoustic demo versions of "Converse" and "See the Sea". For Jorden, who is an experienced guitarist ans pianist himself it is important to have a very organic sound and a "band feel" for the tracks. In addition to the exclusive productions, C4LVN and High Beats created a Future Bass remix of "See the Sea".

Esayah Tijssen
Esayah is a 22 year old Singer-Songwriter from Amsterdam with a passion to express herself through writing. From writing poetry to writing her own songs. Right now, Esayah is focused on turning her life experiences into art through music.
C4LVN approached Esayah and asked if she would be interested to bring her song ideas to life in full productions as part of his music portfolio project. At the outset of their cooperation Esayah shared acapella demo recordings of three pieces. Esayah also expressed her passion for soulful and jazz inspired music with a lot of groove. As part of a very fruitful collaboration Esayah gave C4LVN a lot of space to bring in ideas and direction.
